Oxford University Lightweight Boat Club Head Coach, Sam Wells, talks about how he tackled a streak of losses the team had. Sam uses Ludum to create a winning culture in his team and turn their luck around by making sure athletes understand team goals and the process needed to reach them. He also wanted to crete an environment where the training athletes are doing enhances other parts of their lives.
