Following the success of our first Independent Global Rowing Coach Survey in 2019, we’re excited to launch our second survey for 2020.
The Ludum team decided to include athletes as well as coaches this year with the aim of generating even more global insights and comparisons, We listened carefully to the rowing community and governing bodies and have introduced new topics that we hope will allow us to share trends over the coming years as well as make challenges transparent, enabling better decision making and improved performance within rowing, at all levels, globally.
