Coaching through Covid | Round Table - Part 1

About the video

How do you continue to coach your team during a global pandemic and lockdown measures?

We assembled a group of coaches from around the world to discuss their experience of lockdown, share what’s worked and what hasn’t and try to get a feel for how we, as a sport, might start to transition out of lockdown measures and back to normality.

The coaches were:

Andrew Carter – Women’s Rowing Coach at the University of Iowa
Kieran Clark – Lead Coach at Tideway Scullers School
Dave Currie – Director of Rowing at Shiplake College
Roger Barrow – National Coach – Rowing South Africa
