Tricia Smith, World Rowing VP and IOC Member Talks to Martin Cross in Crossy's Corner

About the video

Tricia Smith and her pairs partner Betty Craig won Silver Medals at the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles as well as a handful of medals at World Championships, not to mention that Tricia is reigning Commonwealth Rowing Champion having won the coxed fours event for Canada at the last Commonwealth Regatta in Edinburgh back in 1986.

Tricia is now heavily involved in the administrative side of sport with roles at World Rowing, the IOC, Canadian Olympic Association and more and has some fascinating insights into the future of the sport as well as some details about what Olympic Athletes at the 2021 Olympics can expect with respect to Covid-19 restrictions.
