This talk by Jonathan Males was delivered at the 2020 Rowers Conference. Jonathan’s passion for performance started when he raced in four World Championships with the Australian slalom canoeing team through the 1980’s. Intrigued by the role the mind plays in peak performance, he went on to study psychology and transitioned to coaching and sport psychology.
