How Oxford University Lightweight Rowing Club use Ludum

About the video

Oxford University Lightweight Rowing Club has been using Ludum to change the club culture to instill confidence in athletes and improve athlete retention rate. They use Ludum on a daily basis as a coaching tool that helps athletes understand the coaching process and know what it takes to qualify for races and win. OULRC athletes talk about what Ludum means for them – flawless organisation, centralized communication, knowing what training you have in advance so you can structure your day appropriately and being able to go back, see your historical performance data and track progress.
