“Three countries, different people, same problems… Yes or No?” was the title of this presentation to R4, the Rowers Conference held at Dorney Lake, UK (The 2012 Olympic Rowing Venue) and in it Paul reflects on the similarities and differences between the different coaching environments he’s worked in throughout his career, in particular the language barriers presented by coaching the Chinese team where he is part of a multi-national coaching setup.
