Christian Felkel is shortly due to start coaching with the German Rowing Federation having recently parted ways with the GB Rowing setup after 12 years working with Olympic Gold Medal winning crews; alongside a host of other coaching talent including Jurgen Grobler.

A fascinating interview, Christian is incredibly articulate about some of his ideas about rowing including a fondness for simplicity.
