Alex Partridge reflects on Rowing, Wellbeing and Mental Health in Crossy's Corner Interview

About the video

A raw talent Alex’s rowing career includes two Olympic medals (Silver in 2008 & Bronze in 2012) as well as six Senior World Championship medals including three golds!

Alex recently chose to speak out about his battle with depression since leaving the sport and about the lack of support for athletes when they leave high performance training environments, but also about how he’s found a path through counselling and by focusing on things that support positive mental health to a better quality of life, and this interview touches on all these things.

This is the first video in a series of three. Enjoy!
