Former World Champion, Olympic Silver Medallist and World Indoor Rowing Champion Cath has enjoyed success both off and on the water with a fascinating career as a diplomat and now consultant.

In her recently published book, The Long Win, Catherine examine the concept of winning and how the concept of winning exists within sport, education, politics and business.

Cath and Martin touch on some of these topics in this interview, as well as some of the more topical subjects such as the US election and Jurgen’s departure from GB rowing.
