How University of London Boat club use Ludum

About the video

The University of London Boat Club (ULBC) have been using Ludum to power their performance and streamline their organisation and communication. Using Ludum to plan their training ahead of time allows them to track attendance, provide flexibility for their athletes to train around their academic schedule and monitor whether training was carried out as intended. Automatic and manual data entry for HR and GPs on and off the water has enabled great insight into the athletes training, allowing them to proactively manage injury and illness as well as enabling athletes to rank themselves within the squad and use historical data to see improvement overtime. University of London Boat Club is a student boat club and a British Rowing High Performance Centre.
